📦 Orders & Shipping

How long does it take to process my order? All orders are carefully prepared and quality-checked before shipping. Processing takes 7–14 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order is on its way.

How long does delivery take? After your order ships, estimated delivery is 15–30 business days depending on your location. We ship to the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom.

Do you ship internationally? Yes! We currently ship to the US, Canada, and the UK. All orders are fully tracked and insured.

How do I track my order? Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email. You can also track your order anytime by visiting our Track Your Order page in the menu.

Why is my tracking not updating? Please allow 48–72 hours after receiving your tracking number for the carrier to update the system. If your tracking has not moved in more than 10 business days, contact us at support@velareofficial.ca and we will look into it for you.


💳 Payments & Pricing

What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.

Is your website secure? Yes. Our site uses SSL encryption and all payments are processed through secure, trusted third-party providers. We never store your payment information.

Will I be charged customs or import fees? International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes depending on your country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price. UK customers may be subject to VAT upon delivery.


📐 Sizing & Product

How do I choose the right size? We recommend checking the size guide on the product page before ordering. If you are between sizes, we suggest sizing up for maximum comfort. If you need help choosing, email us at support@velareofficial.ca and we'll guide you.

What is the shapewear made of? Our ShapeSculpt Full Body Shapewear is made from 70% Cotton, 25% Polyester, 3% Rayon, and 2% Spandex — designed to be soft, breathable, and sculpting all at the same time.

Can I wear it every day? Yes! The ShapeSculpt is designed for everyday comfort. The light to medium compression makes it suitable for all-day wear under any outfit.

Will it show under my clothes? No. The seamless finish makes it virtually invisible under clothing, including fitted dresses, pants, and tops.


🔄 Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy? All sales are final. However if you experience a verified issue with your order, our support team will work with you toward a resolution including store credit or a partial refund where applicable.

My order says delivered but I haven't received it. What do I do? First check with neighbors or household members, and check any safe spots around your property. If you still cannot locate the package, contact the carrier directly to file a missing package claim. You can also reach out to us at support@velareofficial.ca and we will do our best to help.

My item arrived damaged. What do I do? We're sorry to hear that. Please email us at support@velareofficial.ca with your order number and photos of the damage within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.

How do I contact customer support? You can reach us anytime at support@velareofficial.ca. Our team is available Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST and we aim to respond within 1–3 business days.

I haven't heard back from support. What should I do? Please check your spam or junk folder as our replies sometimes land there. If you still haven't heard from us after 3 business days, send us another email and we will prioritize your inquiry.
