1. Order Processing & Fulfillment

All orders are processed and fulfilled within 7–14 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

During high-volume periods, promotional launches, or restocking cycles, fulfillment may take the full 14 business days.

Once your order has entered the fulfillment process, it cannot be canceled or modified.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.


2. Shipping & Delivery Timeframes

After fulfillment, delivery may take up to 30 business days depending on destination, carrier conditions, and customs processing.

An order is considered within the normal delivery window provided it has not exceeded 50 business days after dispatch.

Please note:

  • Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed
  • Delays may occur due to customs inspections, carrier disruptions, weather conditions, or peak season demand
  • International shipments may require additional time for customs clearance

3. Shipping Rates & Carriers

5. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

If an order is returned due to an incorrect, incomplete, or inaccessible address:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Velare Official is not responsible for delays or losses caused by address errors provided by the customer. Such orders are not eligible for refund or store credit.


6. Delivered, Refused & Unclaimed Packages

Once a package is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier to the address provided at checkout, the order is considered fulfilled and completed.

Velare Official is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or unclaimed after delivery confirmation.

Packages that are refused by the customer at delivery, or not collected from a carrier collection point, depot, or parcel locker within the carrier's holding period, are considered abandoned and are not eligible for refund or store credit.

If you believe your package is missing after a delivery confirmation, please:

  • Check with neighbors or household members
  • Contact the carrier directly
  • File a claim with the carrier if applicable

We strongly recommend selecting Shipping Protection at checkout, which provides coverage for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.


7. International Shipping & Customs

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees determined by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in product or shipping prices.

UK customers please note: following Brexit, orders shipped to the United Kingdom may be subject to UK VAT and import duties upon arrival. These fees are determined by HM Revenue & Customs and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Velare Official has no control over these charges and cannot predict the amount.

Canadian customers please note: orders may be subject to applicable provincial and federal taxes upon entry into Canada as determined by the Canada Border Services Agency.
