6. Dispute Resolution
Before initiating any legal action, dispute, or chargeback, you agree to contact Velare Official at support@velareofficial.ca and allow a minimum of 30 days for us to resolve the issue in good faith.
Failure to complete this mandatory resolution period before filing a dispute or chargeback constitutes a breach of these Terms and may be used as grounds to contest the dispute.
All disputes shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Velare Official.
